Shipping Policy

Once your order is packaged for shipment, tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout. Please allow 1-5 business days for tracking to update.

for international orders if there are additional tariff/duties required to receive your package, you the buyer are responsible to pay any extra fees the shipping carrier requires. 

I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier I am no longer responsible. Please contact the shipping carrier for questions reguarding your shipment.

Should a shipping issue arise you will need to follow the steps with the shipping carrier to file a claim. All shipments are insured for the value of the item.
