By placing an order you are agreeing to the terms of service

All sales are final, once an order is placed it can not be canceled. There are no refunds. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.

Please check turnaround times before ordering. Turnaround times are an estimate and may change at anytime due to circumstances beyond my control.

All items are handmade.

Once your order is packaged for shipment, tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout. Please allow 1-5 business days for tracking to update.

for international orders if there are additional tariff/duties required to receive your package, you the buyer are responsible to pay any extra fees the shipping carrier requires. 

I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once an order has been completed, tracking is sent, and has been handed over to the shipping carrier I am no longer responsible. Please contact the shipping carrier for questions reguarding your shipment.
