By placing an order you are agreeing to the terms of service

All sales are final, once an order is placed it can not be canceled. There are no refunds. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.

Please check turnaround times before ordering. Turnaround times are an estimate and may change at anytime. Should a turnaround time be longer notice will be given.

All items are handmade.

Once your order is packaged for shipment, tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout. Please allow 1-5 business days for tracking to update.

I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once an order has been completed, tracking is sent, and has handed over to the shipping carrier I am no longer responsible. Please contact the shipping carrier for questions reguarding your shipment.
